I'm Matteo Scaletti — born in Fiesole, Italy, raised between three continents, and still somewhere in the middle of the journey. I've lived in Europe, South America, and now Miami. I've worked in the fitness industry for over two decades, built things, lost things, started over more than once.

At some point I stopped trying to figure out what I was supposed to do and started paying attention to what was actually happening inside me. That's when everything changed.

Hero World started as a podcast. Then it became a blog. Now it's both — a space where I have real conversations with real people about transformation, identity, struggle, and what it actually means to become who you are.

No experts. No formulas. Just honest stories about the journey.
